Kate McGahan is a
Licensed Social Worker with a Master's Degree in Social Work from
Syracuse University. With over 25 years of experience in the
health care system, she has extensive experience with the
psychosocial issues confronting older adults and their families.
She has a thorough understanding of issues faced by families
and individuals challenged by Alzheimer's Disease and related
illnesses. Kate has also personally experienced the impact of
many of these issues, making compassion a forefront of all
Elderplanning services. She is the Founder of Elderplanning
Inc and the President of Elderplanning of Arizona.

Anne Shaw is the President of CNY
Elderplanning. She has a thorough knowledge of the resources
available to seniors in the Central New York area. Anne has 25 years
of professional experience ranging from residential case management
to the administration of programs at the county level. She has
provided her expertise as a geriatric care manager for CNY
Elderplanning since 1998 and has successfully put hundreds of
customized plans in place for area seniors and their
families.
