 CNY Elderplanning is offering an informative seminar to interested groups.  Every attendee will leave with the tools they need to have their own plan in place.
 Topics include but are not limited to:
- Advance Directives
- The importance of Legal and Financial Planning
- Understanding Medicare and Medicaid
- Long Term Care Insurance
- Home Care Options
- Residential Alternatives / Community Services
- Psychological Issues and the Aging Family

Seminars can be custom tailored to the needs of the group and can be 20, 30 or 60 minutes in duration. Seminars are free of charge for those in the Syracuse area.
The purpose of the program is to give objective, personalized assistance to families who are in transition or who need to prepare for the impending challenges associated with aging.  CNY Elderplanning's approach is down-to-earth, friendly, and will creatively guide you in how to plan for your family's future.
